Norman J. Beznoska, Jr., Director, Enterprise Security, Infiniti Systems Group

'Norm' Beznoska is an Information Technology practitioner with over twenty eight years industry experience in both the public and private sectors.

He is a Certified Project Manager and has held positions of MIS Director, Business Development Manager and more recently, Director of Enterprise Security with the Infiniti Systems Group; Consulting Services Manager with Netigy; Advanced Client Services Director with Entex and GE Capital IT Solutions. He is the author of several industry tutorials on Information Security, IT Auditing, Software Asset Management and Disaster Recovery Planning.

Norm’s security philosophy is quite simple; Security is no longer a Question of can you afford it, but can you afford NOT to?

Norm is a co-founder of the Northeast Ohio Information Technology Roundtable, is a regular contributor to CrainTech News, and is a frequent speaker at IT security seminars and workshops.

A veteran of the United States Navy, Norm has circumnavigated the globe twice. He is an avid weight lifter, voracious reader, sports memorabilia collector, and fan of Notre Dame football. Norm also serves as a Commissioner on the Cuyahoga County Veterans Service Commission.

 
John Bianco Jr., Vice-President, Infiniti Systems Group
John Bianco Jr. is a founding member and Vice President of Infiniti Systems Group in Brecksville, Ohio.  He holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University and has over 11 years industry experience implementing and securing corporate networks.  John is the head of Infiniti Systems’ Technology and Security Group and is responsible for business development.  He has forged a partnership with CipherTrust to bring “true” enterprise email security to companies in Ohio.
 
Alex Hernandez, CipherTrust
Alex Hernandez is a Senior Sales Engineer with CipherTrust, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.  He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and has over seven years of industry experience in securing Internet infrastructures.  During the past three years he has specialized in messaging infrastructures.  Previous experience includes financial and portal web infrastructures.
 
Glenn Esposito, CipherTrust
Glenn Esposito oversees the development and execution of direct sales and business development strategies for CipherTrust’s Southeast region.  Glenn brings more than twelve years of experience building sales and strategic alliances for high-technology and medical companies.  Prior to joining CipherTrust, he held roles which made him responsible for the execution of sales strategies regionally and nationally for companies that include HealthGate, HMP Medical, and Organon Pharmaceuticals.  Glenn holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A in Marketing from Hofstra University and Fairleigh Dickinson University, respectively.
 
Michael Dees, Director of Technical Services, IntelliNet
Michael Dees has developed the technical specifications and operational policies and procedures for IntelliNet’s current security service offerings. He has been responsible for IntelliNet’s corporate email and server security, anti-virus services, backup solutions, security auditing and business-to-business VPN’s. Michael has extensive experience with open source security tools, and currently designs and implements security solutions for IntelliNet customers using technology from business partners Cisco Systems, Enterasys Networks, eEye Digital Security, CheckPoint Software Technologies LTD., Nokia Networks, and Symantec Corporation.

Michael has also designed and implemented enterprise network architectures and solutions for IntelliNet’s client base, which include providing network design, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and network integration services.

Previously, Michael was the Network Architect for OfficeMax and as a Senior Network Consultant for New Resources Corporation has been the Director of Network Services for a large Cleveland area based retail sales corporation. He has over 16 years experience in local area/wide area network system engineering and design, and is fluent in technologies from Novell, IBM, Lotus, Cisco Systems, Synoptics/Bay Networks (Nortel Networks) and AT&T. Currently Michael has a contract with O’Reilly and Associates to write a book on Network Design and Security and is augmenting his existing Cisco certifications by pursuing both a CheckPoint CCSE certification and a Cisco CCIE certification with a concentration in security.
