Phillip Ardire has been working in the field of
data networking for the past 25 years. Founder of several
telecommunications companies including ARC Electronics, Electrodata, and
Symplex Communications, his expertise encompasses such diverse areas as
management and marketing in a high-tech environment and expert-level
knowledge of data security markets. Mr. Ardire's present company,
Western DataCom, is now developing data encryptors for the evolving
wireless networking market. |

Edward M. Rose has been involved
with the computing industry since 1974 and has been an employee of CA
since1997. He has been a
consultant to many Fortune 1000 companies and as a trusted advisor he is
listed in ''Who's Who in the World'' for recognition in delivering
salient thinking aspects by speaking and authoring on the topics of
management, business strategy, network infrastructures, and risk
assessment. Mr. Rose is currently very involved in Cyber-terrorism
(profiling), Cyber-crime (fraud) and Cyber-security for various

| Christopher
Bateman has been working in IT security for over seven years.
Starting out as a cryptologist and data signals analyst for U.S.Navy
Intelligence he later became a consultant with Secure 360. Mr.
Bateman then moved to the CERT Analysis Center where he is currently
developing guidance-protocols for wireless security issues for
government and corporate customers. |

Mr. Timothy Allen,
Special Agent, Dallas Field Office, United States Secret Service
Tim Allen has been a member of the United States Secret Service since
1998 and has been with the Electronic Crimes Special Agent Program (ECSAP)
for four years. He has taught numerous courses in computer crime and
forensic analysis at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC)
in Glynco, Georgia. From 1990-1998, SA Allen was employed by the Dallas
Police Department. His last assignment prior to leaving the
Department was as an investigator with the computer crimes unit.
