Belovich, Chief Executive Officer,

Steve Belovich holds a Ph.D. in Electrical
Engineering and is an expert in intellectual property. Dr.
Belovich designed SmartData's (which he founded in 1999) unique
architecture in 1988. A music afficionado, Steve is a classical
violinist and plays with the Rackhouse Ramblers. |

Don Gray, Chief Technology
Officer (CTO), VigilantMinds
An 11-year veteran of technology applications development, Don Gray
brings "in-the-trenches" Information Technology experience to his role
at VigilantMinds. Before co-founding VigilantMinds, Don served as
Director of Technology for marchFIRST, where he led teams that designed,
developed and implemented multi-million dollar solutions to web enable
businesses in the financial, manufacturing, and advertising sectors.
Prior to marchFIRST, Don was the e-Business Practice Manager with
Idea Integration. Before that, he gained extensive financial sector
experience at Mellon Bank where he had hands-on responsibility for
client/server Cash Management Systems. Don has a B.S. in Computer Based
Systems Management from California University in Pennsylvania .

Dave
Keener, Chief Security Officer (CSO),
VigilantMinds
For almost a decade, Dave Keener has been on the
frontlines of Information Systems security and is a recognized leader in
the security industry. Experienced with all the tools and technologies
of Information Systems security, Dave also includes best practices and
process-driven methodologies in his arsenal.
Prior to co-founding VigilantMinds, Dave was Practice
Manager of the Security Solutions group for marchFIRST where he
developed, managed, and implemented information security solutions.
Before marchFIRST, Dave held several key management and engineering
positions at other companies. There he played a critical and proactive
role in ensuring the integrity of the Information System and preventing
compromises to proprietary information.
Dave began his security career serving his country in
the United States Air Force where he was responsible for engineering
secure, reliable network connectivity to anywhere in the world—often at
a moment's notice. Having the distinct honor of being personally
recognized for his engineering accomplishments by the United States
Joint Chiefs of Staff members, Dave spoke to top Department of Defense
officials in Washington D.C. after the first successful field
implementation of a deployable network control center. |

Dennis Pollutro, Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO),
Synctomi
As founder, Dennis is responsible for the execution and
direction of the design and development of Synctomi’s S1 Proactive
Intrusion Prevention solution. Dennis brings the combination of over
20 years of security consulting knowledge and technology expertise
critical to Synctomi’s success.As chief
technology officer, Dennis leads in the development of the next
generation of proactive intrusion prevention software, technology vision
and roadmap for the company.
Previously, Dennis worked in leadership positions in
systems engineering and management, specializing in intrusion prevention
and intrusion detection. He has also worked with several corporations to
develop secure business and communication practices, purchase security
products, and ensure that security practices are being followed.

Jeff
Fatica, VP, Sales, Marketing and Chief Operating Officer
(COO), Synctomi
As vice president and chief operating officer, Jeff
oversees the sales, marketing and operations for Synctomi, Inc. Managing
operations includes responsibility for all revenue generation and
operating to the company’s business plans and budget.
Previously, Jeff spent 25 years with Pentacon, Inc., formerly
Champion Bolt Corporation, where he held a variety of senior management
positions in operations, marketing, sales and planning. For the past ten
years, with Jeff’s innovation and leadership, sales were increased by
15% per year. He was also instrumental in successfully negotiating a
merger between five companies with sales exceeding $120 million. |

Greg
Patti, Chief Financial Officer (CFO),
Synctomi
As chief financial officer, Greg is responsible for Synctomi’s financial
and administrative activities that include planning, procurement and
investor relations.Greg has been involved in
several venture-funded companies in the networking and wireless markets.
Over the past 20 years, Greg has negotiated and closed over $200 million
of aggregate investment, by sale, licensing or merger.
Greg holds an MBA and obtained his CPA license while

| Thomas P. Dover,
Special Agent, US Secret Service |
|
Thomas P. Dover has been a Special Agent with the US Secret Service
since 1988. A founding member of the Service’s Electronic Crime Special
Agent Program (ECSAP), SA Dover has been involved in the areas of
computer forensics and electronic crime investigations since 1990. He
is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a doctorate with
specialization in the areas of artificial intelligence and expert
systems. Tom handles Special Projects for the lab and can normally
be found at Starbuck's contemplating special projects. |
